In May and June 2026, researchers from the Polish University Abroad spent a month at the Faculty of Education at Palacký University in Olomouc.
During their stay, they finalized a bilingual questionnaire on sharenting, ran participatory workshops with children, and carried out a comparative analysis of Czech and British legal frameworks related to children’s digital rights. They also began working on a joint academic publication. The visit concluded with the development of the programme for the GUARDIAN II Symposium, scheduled to take place in London in August 2026.
As part of the visit, the team also held an educational session at Základní škola Demlova, where sixth-grade students took part in interactive activities on online safety and sharenting.
